RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LEGAL ASPECTS OF AEG’S ACTIVITIES ACROSS EUROPE

Covering a broad spectrum of work, including real estate development, sponsorship and the full range of commercial and legal work associated with live music events, sports content and venue management, Sarah leads the pan-European legal team and is also executive lead of the company’s Women at AEG Employee Network Group.

Sarah joined AEG in 2005 as Legal Counsel and was a key member of the team which developed and launched The O2 in 2007. Sarah became General Counsel in 2009 and in 2011, assumed overarching responsibility for AEG Europe’s legal function.

Prior to her time at AEG, Sarah worked on the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic bid team where she negotiated a wide range of key commercial agreements including London 2012’s sponsorship agreements and venue hire agreements with proposed host venues for the 2012 Olympic Games and was a key member of the bid team who brought the Games to London in 2012.

Sarah read law at Durham University and qualified as a Solicitor in 2000 with City law firm Clifford Chance.

Sarah loves spending her free time with her husband and their three children, as well as socialising with friends, going to the theatre and walking her dog
