RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ACTIVITY AND THE STRATEGIC DIRECTION OF AXS UK
Chris is Managing Director for AXS UK, AEG Europe’s global ticketing platform and partner for over 350 premiere events, venues, sports teams and event organisers around the world, from The O2 and OVO Arena Wembley, to AEG Presents and Stockholm Live. Responsible for setting and delivering the overarching strategy for the AXS UK business, Chris oversees a workforce of 60+ who power ticketing for thousands of events each year.
Chris has been with AEG since 2019, serving first as Commercial Director before being promoted to Managing Director in 2020. Prior to this, Chris was COO at AVADO Digital and has also held senior roles at Amazon and London 2012, where he served as Sport Operations Manager for five years as part of the team responsible for delivering the Games.
Chris has an MBA from London Business School and an MA Honours degree from the University of Cambridge. In his spare time, Chris can be found either thinking about, playing or watching sport. He lives with his Australian wife, teenage son and a British Blue cat called Shallot who is never shy to make appearances on Zoom calls.
