RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL REAL ESTATE ACTIVITIES IN EUROPE AND ASIA

In London, Alistair oversees The O2 project which opened its doors in 2007 and currently includes 1.1m sq. ft. of space anchored around the world’s busiest music arena. In addition, Alistair conceived and led the delivery of Up at The O2, a roofwalk over The O2 which has consistently attracted over 110,000 visitors per annum since it opened in 2012.

Alistair also led the recent negotiations to secure the lease on a new venture for AEG Europe – a 4,000 capacity venue in Olympia, London.

In Berlin, Alistair oversees the development and disposal of the 15 hectares of land AEG own around their existing Uber Arena in Berlin, Germany. This is a 6 million sq ft mixed use scheme including an Entertainment District and Uber Eats Music Hall.

Alistair leads on AEG’s new business push across Europe and is also leading on the real estate aspects of AEG’s recent activity in Asia, including new arenas being built in Seoul, Korea and Nagoya, Japan, as well as a potential new arena and entertainment district in Osaka, Japan.

Alistair joined AEG in 2004 and prior to this, was a partner in the Planning and Development department at Montagu Evans. In his spare time, Alistair enjoys all sport and spending time with his family.
