With a capacity of up to 18,000 guests and world-class sound, lighting and staging systems, the Mercedes-Benz Arena delivers landmark music, cultural, sporting, and theatrical events. The venue features luxury suites and amenities including The Mixing Room, a club with VIP facilities that accommodates up to 1,000 guests.
Opened in 2010, the Mercedes-Benz Arena is operated by a joint venture consisting of OPG, AEG, and NBA. It is a 365-day-a-year lifestyle destination and includes a 200,000 square foot retail district comprised of concept shops, a wide variety of food and beverage options, and an ice-skating rink. The venue is also home to Shanghai’s leading cinematic experience, with six screens and seating for 800 movie-goers, that offers both international and Chinese movies.
