ROCK EN SEINE ANNOUNCES THEIR STELLAR LINE-UP FOR 2024 IN PARIS

As anticipated as it is unmissable, Rock en Seine returns from August 21 to 25, 2024 to end the summer in style at the Domaine national de Saint-Cloud. Within this green setting on the outskirts of Paris, five stages will host a top-notch program across four days which already promises to be unforgettable.

On Wednesday August 21, Lana Del Rey’s exceptional concert will open the festival, alongside several other artists, to be revealed soon.

Featuring ‘rock’ in its name, this festival boasts an impressive lineup of iconic performers. The one and only PJ Harvey, His Majesty of the rock realm, will grace the stage, as well as the unstoppable global conquerors Måneskin and the legendary punk hit-makers, The Offspring. Joining the musical extravaganza are the electrifying duo The Kills, the stage-commanding beasts, The Hives, and the subtly captivating mixed trio, Blonde Redhead.

A great diversity in the nationalities of the artists, but also in the styles of music. The Smile, a new project by Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood of Radiohead, will perform its masterful hybridisation between progressive rock, post-punk and electro, while Zaho of Sagazan will bring a breath of fresh air to modern French music, just like Olivia Dean does with her catchy neo-soul.

In the continuity of what the festival has offered since its creation, electronic music will not be left out with the most prominent artists: Fred Again…, the DJ-producer-songwriter that everyone is eager for and who will give his only concert in France in 2024 at Rock en Seine, or the London dance-funk tandem Jungle. Without forgetting the major figures of the genre such as the trip-hop heroes Massive Attack, the all too rare James Murphy at the head of the monumental LCD Soundsystem, the irresistible Flemings of Soulwax who will make a long-awaited comeback and the eternal queen of the dancefloor Róisín Murphy (ex-Moloko).

This 20th edition also coincides with a historic event in the summer of 2024: the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris. Rock en Seine will take place a few days before the start of the Summer Paralympic Games and as such, the festival will design a whole program linked to this event labeled Cultural Olympiad alongside 4 other major cultural festivals (Angoulême International Comics Festival, the Cannes Festival, the Avignon Festival and the Arles Photographic Meetings). The Paris 2024 Cultural Olympiad aims to bring together sport, culture, Olympic and Paralympic values throughout the country.
