British rap legend Nines reveals his monumental tenth project, Quit While You’re Ahead – his sixth and final album, out on 27 September – and announces his last-ever headline show, which will take place on Wednesday 27 November at London’s The O2.

Priority Tickets are available to O2 and Virgin Media customers at https://priority.o2.co.uk/ from 10am on Tuesday 17 September and go on general sale at 10am on Thursday 19 September via www.theo2.co.uk.

Alongside this news, Nines has released his first single and video from the album, Tony Soprano 3, the final instalment of the trilogy. The track marks the culmination of one of British rap’s most successful and poignant careers.

With a career spanning over a decade, Nines has cemented his place as one of the most influential voices in British rap. His debut album, One Foot Out, dropped in 2017 to critical acclaim, peaking at #4 on the Official Albums Chart. This followed the success of his 2015 mixtape One Foot In, setting the stage for his rise to rap royalty. His sophomore effort, Crop Circle (2018), also reached #4 and produced his first UK Top 40 single, I See You Shining.

Nines’ unique ability to craft intricate, authentic stories with his laid-back flow has earned him 5x Top 5 albums, including the UK OCC #1 album Crabs In A Bucket (2020). His releases have garnered over 100 million global streams, and his 2023 album Crop Circle 2 dominated the charts, becoming the most-streamed British album in its first week of release.

A true pioneer of the UK rap scene, Nines’ achievements extend far beyond the studio. He swept the 2020 MOBO Awards, winning multiple honours, including “Best Album of the Year,” and was the most nominated artist that year.

Nines’ final chapter with Quit While You’re Ahead marks the end of an era. Fans can expect the same sharp storytelling, effortless delivery, and undeniable impact that have defined his career. As he bows out at the peak of his powers, Nines leaves an indelible mark on the culture and the music industry.
