JAY CHOU ANNOUNCES TWO NEW DATES AT THE O2 IN 2024

Jay Chou otherwise known as the “King of Mandopop,” has today announced two headline shows at The O2, taking place on Tuesday 9 & Wednesday 10 January 2024.

Tickets are available to Virgin Media & O2 customers via https://priority.o2.co.uk/ from on Monday 27 November and go on general sale on Wednesday 29 November via www.theo2.co.uk.

Jay Chou’s latest album, Greatest Works of Art, was an internationally bestselling album in 2022. The album’s title track’s music video rapidly garnered over 140 million views on Weibo within a single day, and the album has since exceeded 1 billion views on various platforms.

Notably, Jay Chou secured the highest global album sales last year, marking a historic achievement as the first Mandopop artist to do so. The IFPI 2022 Global Album Sales Chart, which accounts for both physical and digital album sales worldwide, ranked Chou at the top, followed by the Korean boy band BTS in second place and Taylor Swift in third place.
